Relax at this luxurious, striking brand new penthouse apartment in the heart of Sandbanks. 3 bedroom apartment with 360 degree views of Poole Harbour and Sandbanks. Poggenphol kitchen, Antonio Lupi bathroom fittings and Miele appliances. Roof top bar/lounge area, fire pit, jacuzzi and outdoor dining. Large kitchen/living/dining room with bespoke staircase leading up to the roof top 'relaxation zone' and expansive rooftop terrace. Smart 43inch TV's in every room.
I am not available in person on site but am at the end of the phone for any queries. We also have staff who are local to assist if required.
Situated off Banks Road in a private gated development of just 7 flats. The building is located on Sandbanks Peninsula with views of the sea and access to the beach 150m from the gate of the property. There is 1 parking space with the rental. Possibility to rent additional parking spaces as well.
