Welcome to Bryn Llys - a unique property in a fantastic location. Here you get the best of both worlds - fabulous views of welsh countryside, just a few yards from the River Severn walking and cycling trail, whilst only a five-minute walk into the centre of Newtown which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. The house boasts two large reception rooms (one with a log burner), a banquet-style dining space, a large games room and a sweeping balcony. At Bryn Llys there is something for everyone!

Providing a homely but luxurious space and hearing all about the fabulous time our guests have had at Bryn Llys!

Here you get the best of both worlds - fabulous views of Welsh countryside, just a few yards from the River Severn walking and cycling trail, whilst only a five-minute walk into the centre of Newtown which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. Newtown has a fabulous children's park, a cinema and theatre.
