Sumptuous comfort awaits in this luxury 4 bedroom home. Enjoy the sun in the landscaped garden or on the roof terrace. Gather for a family meal and then relax in the lounge in front of the 65" TV for a family movie. PARKING: Please note there is only space to park 3 vehicles at the property. 2 in the car port (Height restrictions apply) and 1 directly outside the property. Additional parking is available in the surrounding roads but parking restrictions are in place Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of 3 guests, two bedrooms and one bathroom will not be accessible. BooKings of 4 guests one bedroom will not be accessible. Local pub & brasserie in walking distance. Attractions include the Cathedral, County Cricket Club, Hylands House and an abundance of restaurants. Nearby attractions include Colchester zoo, Colchester castle, Maldon Promenade, Mersea and Tiptree Tearooms.
