This is a newly renovated modern 4 bedroom house. It benefits from four spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, two en-suite shower rooms with toilets plus one shared shower room , living and dinning space, plus rear garden and on street parking with visitors parking permit. It’s 2 minutes walk from St.Alban Road with grocery stores, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants . Twelve minutes walk to Watford junction train station (19 on train to London Euston), close to Watford football ground and Luton Airport. Easy access to M1, M25 and M11.
The host is an easy going mature man. I love travelling myself and believe people should enjoy their stay when on holiday and at the same time get good value for money on accommodation.
There are pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, hair dressers, 2 minutes walk to bus stop, Watford junction train station is 12 minute walk, 10 minutes drive to Watford football ground.
