Looking for somewhere special... with the wow factor? This newly built contemporary single storey designer home set in 14 acres has 16m of floor to ceiling glass looking over Rudyard Lake on the edge of the Peak District. With 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suites. There is a large raised and lower patio for alfresco dining and a covered hot tub bar area. There is access down to the lake with a kayak and a large games room with Pool Table, Dartsboard & Bar. Alton Towers is just 15miles away.
Meet and greet on arrival. Arrange for your supermarket order to be delivered and put away on the day of your arrival. Catering options can be pre-arranged. The earlier the notice the better.
The property is set on the edge of the Peak District just 3 miles from the lovely market town of Leek. with Alton Towers just 15 miles away. The spa town of Buxton 15miles, Bakewell & Chatsworth 26 miles. Trafford Centre/Old Trafford/Etihad/ Manchester just 30 miles away. From the house you can walk around Rudyard Lake approx 1.5 hours. The walk along the old railway track to the Royal Oak Pub Takes about 25mins, 10mins on a bike, you don’t have to go on the road at all. The Market town of Leek with its many Antique Shops is just a short 5min drive away. It is possible to cycle into Leek without having to go on any main roads, the old railway Track runs along the side of the lake all the way into leek.
