They are also in safe locations, many are located within beautiful settings, either overlooking parks or are on tree-lined streets.

Enter through a pretty front garden and down a few steps to an open plan living room-kitchen, the perfect social space for long-term stays. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the lounge, allowing you to cook whilst entertaining. There’s also a cute dining table for two. A cool calming colour scheme runs throughout the apartment, creating a tranquil setting whilst light floods in through huge Georgian windows. Comfy sofas are placed around the cosy electric fireplace and 3D HD TV. There's also a quaint window seat next to the big sash window for ultimate relaxation. A Super King size bed is centre of attention in the bedroom and can be split to create two large twin beds. The bedroom is perfectly finished with warm bedside lighting, cosy electric fireplace and an elegant glass dressing table. There’s also built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Large, mirrored floor to ceiling sliding doors frame the hallway, offering additional storage and extra light. The modern bathroom features a large electric shower and handy towel warmer whilst a washer dryer is tucked away out of sight.

Cheltenham Racecourse which hosts numerous racing festivals, live music and comedy events is also just over a mile away. Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows. Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival. The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar. If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes' drive away.
