Beautifully converted barn offering exceptional quality, modern holiday accommodation with stunning barrel sauna and cold plunge tub about 20 minutes from York City Centre. Ideal for a relaxing getaway or celebration, with the advantage of being close to the beautiful city of York.
A great private space for families or friends including the less mobile with access to a large twin / super-king bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.

We love the privacy and feeling of space we get around Launde Barn, whilst being rural, we are right on the edge of the village with the village pub a short stroll away and easy access into York by bus or car.
We developed the Launde Barn in 2016 and it is located behind the main farm house. It is not overlooked in any way and looks over two paddocks. The 7 acre wood was planted 15 years ago and is a great place to stroll in the morning or evening. You may even see one of the three deer, badgers and owls that seem to like staying at night.
We are available by text or phone or pop next door to see us if there is something you need.
