There is a fully refundable damage deposit of 200 GBP per apartment Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving license or passport) & your deposit. You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't complete, you will not be checked in.
