On arrival, I will always try my very best to welcome all my guests personally. However, sometimes this is not always possible. Due to late flight arrivals/delays and times of arrival. I do provide a key lock box for key collection which is located very close to the apartment. Even though I may not welcome my guests personally, I make every effort possible to keep in close contact at all times via email/text/telephone.
