The property is conveniently located with a grocery shop and a number of restaurants and fast food shops located only 3 minutes walk away. There is also a large Lidl supermarket 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk away.
Other points of interest including Coventry city centre, airport, university and Jagular Land Rover HQ is only a very short drive away too!

The house is located in a safe and calm residential area
Car - easy access to M6 and M69. The property has driveway parking adjacent to the property in front of the garage which can fit up to 1 vehicle. Additional free street parking is also available around the property if required.
Bus - there is a bus stop located 3 mins walk away. There is a service which runs every 30 mins and can take you to the city center and other areas of Coventry. We recommend looking on the Arriva website for full information on their bus routes.
Taxi - we recommend using Yellow Taxi or A Star taxi. Uber also operates in the area.
Electric Scooter Hire - there are various electric scooters dotted around the area available to hire via an app
