Located in the peaceful Haven Church Farm, Pagham, it’s the perfect spot for exploring Pagham Beach and the nearby RSPB Nature Reserve. This 3-bedroom Silver-grade caravan sleeps up to 6 guests and includes a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate cloakroom. While the caravan features stepless ramp access, please note it is not wheelchair accessible inside. Autism & Sensory-Friendly Features: We aim to create an inclusive space for all. The caravan’s quiet location, spacious layout, and calming atmosphere make it ideal for families with sensory needs. A virtual tour is available to help guests prepare and feel at ease before their stay. If you have specific requirements, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist. Pet-Friendly Features: We welcome one small to medium-sized, non-shedding dog over 1 year old. Pets must not be left unattended in the caravan or on the decking, and we kindly ask guests to hoover before departure. A pet fee applies. Modern Comforts & Amenities: The caravan is fully equipped with gas central heating, a full-sized fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Smart TVs in the lounge and master bedroom, Haven WiFi, and Vodafone 4G (where available). Enjoy the outdoor patio area with furniture, two decking spaces, and parking for up to two cars. The caravan is on Haven Church Farm Holiday Park. This is a family park on the beautiful West Sussex coast. On site there is a full range of facilities including pools, show bar, restaurant and leisure activities. All of these can be accessed for an additional fee for a Play Pass which is paid directly to Haven. Church Farm is also close to Goodwood, Chichester, Worthing, West Witterings, Brighton and Portsmouth.
