We run our place as a family, all pitching in to keep it to the best standards. My husband and I run the business, alongside our work in the NHS, and looking after our four children. We are committed to providing excellent, relaxing, hassle-free stays to families (especially those with small children), couples, groups, and those working in the area. We love to learn about our guests, but also think is is really important to give guests the peace, quiet, and privacy of self-check-in and not being disturbed. We pride ourselves on providing the utmost comfort and enjoyment we possibly can, for our lovely guests.

You will have a lovely time at this clean, fresh, family-friendly house within walking distance to Southampton Common and city centre. It has off-street parking for one vehicle, an outdoor space and conservatory. There is wifi, TV with virgin channels, travel cot, high chair and children's cutlery, books and toys. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite and main bathroom with bath and shower. Spacious living room with plenty of seating and kitchen-dining area with breakfast bar.

Residential neighbourhood with easy access to The Avenue and walking distance to the city centre and Southampton Common. There are easy bus links and walking distance to city centre shops and a Tesco local. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway in front of the garage and a permit can be provided for a second vehicle to park on the road outside
