A walking distance to Telford Central for all shops and eateries & 2mins walk to the nearest local one stop shop There is a ground floor toilet and first floor family bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a flat screen TV with a single sofa bed, it includes a 6-seater dining area and a patio door leading to the garden. Ideal for families, contractors and groups.

Location and Convenience: It is a quiet neighbourhood with loads of free parking spaces if you have more than 1 car.
