Step inside this beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse at Carlton Gate. A light filled stylish home with generous living space with a private courtyard garden. Perfect for families, groups or work trips. The space A stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house located a short walk from the town centre of Cheltenham. This property is split over 3 floors and the top floors are only accessible via stairs. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 shower rooms off each bedroom this is the perfect place. As you enter on the ground floor you will find yourself in the hallway. There is an area for your coats and shoes as well as a downstairs toilet and wash basin. Crittall doors lead through into bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living, dining area which is the perfect space for 6 guests. The kitchen has a high end finish with a breakfast bar and 3 stools. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots/pan/dinner ware/cutlery/glassware. The dining area has a 6 seater dining table as well as spacious sofa perfect for relaxing on. Doors from the kitchen lead out to the courtyard garden where you will find a lounge set outside all year round. Please note outside pads are located under the stairs and are to be bought inside after every use. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have standard size double beds and both bedrooms have spacious shower rooms that lead off them. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a separate study, with a desk and chair. Perfect if you need to work during your stay. With complimentary WiFi also available throughout the house. On the top floor you will find the principal bedroom spanning the entire top floor there is a king size bed with a separate shower area and toilet and wash basin. Beautifully appointed with a dressing table and wardrobe space. Parking is located in the car port to the side of the house.

We are situated on Carlton Street a short walk from the town centre and Cheltenham's iconic Promenade and Montpellier district. This property is a great base to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding towns and the Cotswolds. It is also a great place for business guests as it offers Wi-Fi, a parking space and a home office work space. There are bus stops in the town centre, a short walk from the apartment. On foot you can easily access the High St, Promenade and Montpellier area of Cheltenham and similarly you can reach Pittville and the Race Course if you wish to walk a little further.
