There is an area for your coats and shoes as well as a downstairs toilet and wash basin. Crittall doors lead through into bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living, dining area which is the perfect space for 6 guests. The kitchen has a high end finish with a breakfast bar and 3 stools. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots/pan/dinner ware/cutlery/glassware. The dining area has a 6 seater dining table as well as spacious sofa perfect for relaxing on. Doors from the kitchen lead out to the courtyard garden where you will find a lounge set outside all year round. Please note outside pads are located under the stairs and are to be bought inside after every use. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms.
