An eco-friendly self-catering cottage situated in Brigsteer is adjoined to the Owners property whilst benefiting from its own private entrance and secluded patio area with outstanding views of Lyth Valley stretching out to Morecambe Bay. Lyth Valley View at Broom Bank is a newly refurbished, to a modern standard, annex that sleeps 2, making this an ideal location for a romantic getaway with beautiful, picturesque surroundings wherever you look. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwater, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and fridge with freezer compartment. The central dining table is placed perfectly next to the log burning stove and views looking out the patio doors, making for a relaxed dining experience. The well-lit living area has a two-seater sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen Freeview TV, and of course those stunning views. Upstairs lives a spacious double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe space, and drawers plus a large window to provide lots of natural light. The large bathroom with a slate walk-in shower, freestanding rolltop bath, loo, basin, and a wall-mounted heated towel rail. The private outside patio (two steps down from the door) has outside furniture with a gas BBQ and simply breathtaking views. The perfect place to relax.

Brigsteer is a hamlet between the Parish of Helsington and the village of Levens and about five miles from Kendal in Cumbria. Located on the edge of the Lyth Valley, with Scout Scar overlooking the village, the village amenities include a village hall and a local pub called The Wheatsheaf Inn. There are still three working farms in the village of Brigsteer, with many more developments built since. Nearby Levens has more amenities, including a general store/newsagent and a pub. The area consists of beautiful stone-built traditional houses, cottages and barn conversions surrounded by unspoilt countryside, varied flora and fauna and a nature reserve providing a beautiful walking country.
