Malthouse Court is situated 500 meters from Reading town centre and 750 metres from Reading rail station. Free WiFi is available throughout the premises and on-site parking is available upon request. The building is a four-storey private gated development consisting of 14 apartments and a roof terrace. Each apartment benefits from two bedrooms, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Most apartments benefit from a fully equipped en-suite in the master bedroom, as well as a family bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. The kitchen boasts fully fitted appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, kettle and fridge freezer as well as cooking utensils. The living area has a sofa and an HDTV with Freeview channels. The nearest airport is London Heathrow Airport, 37 km from Malthouse Court.
