Welcome to our fabulous ground floor luxury apartment, with an onsite allocated parking bay. The property located on the prestigious Marine Avenue, within an imposing victorian building in the heart of Whitley Bay. Guests enjoy having literally everything on the doorstep, being situated in the vibrant town centre, just off the stunning Whitley Bay Sea Front. Indulge in this lovely standard, cosy beachside getaway in a charming ground floor apartment, the moment you step through the door, you'll be greeted by a fresh clean inviting atmosphere. The spacious decorated living / dining area offers a comfortable seating arrangement and a four seater bay window dining table to enjoy the view with your morning coffee. The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons, with king size bed / room, and a lounge, which converts into a bedroom if necessary, with a robust double sofa bed. Modern central heating and full double glazing. The property has been refurbished to a high specification, including a lovely spacious open plan lounge/dining space to the front which can be used as a second bedroom having a double sofa bed, there is even a tiny sea view !, a cosy bedroom to the rear with everything you’ll need, including wardrobes and a dressing table, a fantastic spacious fitted kitchen with all appliances & utensils including a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine !, there is a modern fitted bathroom with a power shower. The apartment can be accessed from the front of the building, or the rear where the parking bay is located on-site Internally the property is decorated with a fresh modern look, with quality fixtures and furnishings, and is professionally cleaned between all guests to the highest standard. We have a travel cot and high chair onsite for any mini visitors.. Guests are asked to just message us prior to arrival if they wish to use the sofa bed arrangement. The apartment is located on Marine Avenue which runs off the sea front, arguably Whitley Bay’s finest street ! … the sea front is literally at the bottom of the road and can be seen from the windows, and Park View is a minutes walk away offering a super range of bars, restaurants and shops.
