Welcome to our fabulous ground floor luxury apartment, with an onsite allocated parking bay. The property located on the prestigious Marine Avenue, within an imposing victorian building in the heart of Whitley Bay. The property has been refurbished to a high specification, including a lovely spacious open plan lounge/dining space to the front which can be used as a second bedroom having a double sofa bed, there is even a tiny sea view !, a cosy bedroom to the rear with everything you’ll need, including wardrobes and a dressing table, a fantastic spacious fitted kitchen with all appliances & utensils including a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine !, there is a modern fitted bathroom with a power shower. The apartment can be accessed from the front of the building, or the rear where the parking bay is located on-site Internally the property is decorated with a fresh modern look, with quality fixtures and furnishings, and is professionally cleaned between all guests to the highest standard.
