Entrance door to the lounge area which has two sofas, coffee table and tv Dining area has lovely views with Bodmin moor in the distance. Walk through to the modern kitchen which has recently been refurbished to a high standard.. The lodge has a Combination boiler and central heating. Doorway off the kitchen leads to three bedrooms and family bathroom. There is ample wardrobe space in every room. En-suite to master bedroom. Outside is 24m2 decking and a table and seating for 5.Please be advised , pillows and duvet provided but therein no bed sheets or pillow covers or duvet covers and no towels, you will need to bring your own items.

Hi . the lodge is a lovely place in a quiet spot, there are near by beaches and village pubs and restaurants for you to visit, padstow is just 4miles away.The area is stunning. Regards Mike
