This new to the market property has been carefully refurbished with newly decorated rooms and much new good quality furniture. The property boasts super high speed broadband available in every room, together with the latest smart televisions, availabe in the beautifully fitted study as well as the lounge. The study doubles as a third bedroom with the large sofa converting into a double bed.
The property has two bathrooms one of which serves as an en suite for the upstairs bedroom.
The large fully fitted kitchen houses a large dining table which can easily accommodate six diners.
The property sits in its own grounds set well back at the top end of a quiet cul de sac. At the rear is a secluded and fully enclosed garden which gets all day sunshine, making it excellent for summer barbecues.
Although the property is conveniently situated in the heart of Teesside , once you turn into Bassleton Lane you enter an area of wooded calm surrounded by a well kept green complete with ancient church. Its hard to believe you are not much more than "ten minutes from anywhere" in Teesside.
The famous and fabulous fishing town of Whitby is less than an hour away, as is the beautiful North Yorkshire market town of Helmsley.
Closer still are towns and villages such as Stokesley, Osmotherley, Great Ayton, Northallerton (afternoon tea at the famous Bettys).
