Mayfield House is a bright family home in the heart of Penn Hill. With access to Penn Hill, Ashley Cross, Canford Cliffs and Westbourne, the property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Spread across two floors, the property provides a great space for a family getaway, whilst benefitting from a garden and driveway parking for three cars.
Upon entering the property, you will find the snug to the right, with a two seater sofa and workspace. Along the hallway, a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area is accentuated by large doors that open onto the garden. Please note that unfortunately the bifold feature of these doors are currently not functional, therefore please ensure that only the first door is opened. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens (one of which doubles as a microwave), hob and extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, wine cooler and separate utility space available with a washing machine for your convenience. The ground floor is completed by a WC.
Stairs up to the first floor lead to bedroom one (king size bed + ensuite), bedroom two (king size bed + cot) and bedroom three (single bunk beds). This floor also has a family bathroom (with bath, overhead shower, toilet, sink and towel rail).
Parking – Off road space for three cars
Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included).
Technology – Free WiFi available
Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric ovens, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
