Property information
Situated in a stunning Regency Crescent sat above Meadfoot Bay, the apartment has been subject to a total refit and is modern and chic. (Please note the apartment does not have sea views). The apartment is at the rear of the crescent and is therefore wonderfully quiet and private.
Neighbourhood information
The property is in the Meadfoot area of Torquay which is a leafy residential location just a short distance from Torquay harbour and town centre. Meadfoot Bay has a superb beach with water sports as well as a beach cafe open all year round, just a few minutes walk from the property.
