The site has stunning views of the Towy Valley and surrounding countryside. The Park is four miles from Carmarthen Town on the Towy Estuary, close to the seaside village of Llansteffan. ( lovely beach for playing on, not safe for swimming in ) There are other suitable beach’s in the area. It is well located for a wide range of fantastic visitor attractions in the area. For children, there is a play area. over looking the lovely views of the Carmarthensire country side. The chalet consists of a lounge, kitchen-diner, bathroom, with a combined bath & shower. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with bunk beds (adult size) and a room with a single bed. Television with satellite freeview, DVD player plus a music hi-fi. There is a electric meter that takes 1 pound coins ( dose not cover the true cost) but only way to get the electric to work

When we were fortunate enough to take up the opportunity to buy the chalet, we were delighted with our decision. We've had years of happy experiences and memories exploring the beautiful coastline and local attractions. Why the name Milkwood for the chalet? This is the wonderful landscape that inspired Dylan Thomas, the writer of Under Milkwood, who lived close by in Laugharne. What makes this property unique We loved the fact the chalet site is on a river estuary, close to the seaside village of Llansteffan, which boasts a medieval castle and the tranquil Scott's Bay. We can jump in the car and in a couple of minutes, we're in Llansteffan for a country walk, play on the beach or sitting eating ice cream, taking in the sea view. Fantastic.
