The cottage is a short stroll away from a local pub and village shop with everything you should need for a weekend away in North Yorkshire. Take a short drive out to other nearby market towns including Leyburn and Barnard Castle. Each offers history and culture, restaurants, shopping and a weekly market filled with local produce. Don’t forget your walking boots as there a plenty of walks close by. We recommend an explore of Easby Abbey, located in Richmond, 2.5 miles away or the famous Little Drummer Boy route runs around Richmond, and the Coast to Coast path passes nearby heading towards Reeth.
