Our townhouse is a 3 storey home,only 5 years old and has a modern design.We have two available rooms on one floor for guests which comes with a big shared bathroom.Only one guest per room can book at a time.The property is centrally located,10 minutes walk to the Royal Derby Hospital,5 minutes walk to Kingsway Hospital,20 minutes walk to Keddleston University campus and a 5 minutes walk to Kingsway Retail park.The town centre is 3 miles away and has good transport links.The rooms have hot drink making facilities,iron and ironing board,mini fridge and working desk and chair.Please be aware that this is a room only service.Any other areas in the building are restricted from guests for privacy.Please respect our privacy.
We are a very social couple and hosting is our passion.We enjoy making our guests welcome and making sure they have a very comfortable stay.
As we are centrally located we have a lot of nice shops,pubs and parks closeby.
