Known for its beautiful scenery, the estate also boasts excellent sporting and recreational opportunities all year round. These include high quality driven and walked up grouse shooting, first class pheasant and partridge shooting, red, roe and fallow deer stalking, and salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tay and River Almond as well. Road connections are excellent with nearby motorway access to the cities of Edinburgh (57 miles) and Glasgow (64 miles). Perth train station offers regular services to Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London (including the Caledonian Sleeper service) and Perth airport offers private air travel.
