New Road, where Miss Fisher's is located, is easy to access and the Platt (harbour) is only a 4 minute walk away. Miss Fisher's is close to a handy supermarket selling almost everything you will need, including fresh frangipans and Portuguese custard tarts.
Port Isaac is a historic fishing village situated on the North Cornwall coastline with lovely fisherman’s cottages and narrow streets, the most famous being "Squeezy Belly Alley", said to be the narrowest street in the world!
Made famous by its alter-ego ‘Port Wenn’ in the television series ‘Doc Martin’. Visitors can take part in a tour which enjoys all the landmarks from the show. You can even ascend the lovely flower-lined hill path up to the Doctor’s Surgery and take in the breath-taking views overlooking the crystal-clear waters below.
While holidaying in Port Isaac you will not want to miss a performance by the bestselling folk group Fisherman’s Friends. Find them down on the harbour every Friday evening through the summer months.
