Very calm, quiet and respectable.
2 car park spaces at the back of the property. Can easily access the property from the back gate. Or there is also on street parking(free) at the front of the property.
Bus stop out the front of the house. Takes you to Edinburgh city centre and other way towards Dalkeith/Eskbank.
Shawfair train station is a 5 minute walk from the property taking you straight to Edinburgh Waverley train station. Or towards Galashiels(Scottish borders)
This area is also a Uber friendly area.
