Stay on the Lakes is a small family-run business that's steadily growing and we manage 8 properties around the Cotswolds. Our close relationships with the owners of the properties/local knowledge and on-hand support helps to make sure you have the best stay possible. All cleaning is done in-house which is therefore up to the highest possible standard as it is a representation of us! We offer an extra personal touch by living local. If you do encounter any issues during your stay, we are only a short distance away to help resolve anything.

The property is located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, constructed in a New Hampshire style, two story, open plan on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The lodge has been completely refurbished with bi-fold doors, new modern bathrooms, kitchen and quality appliances. A vantage point for sundowners, the south-facing private deck also has a top-of-the-range hot tub. We invite all to the lodge, to enjoy an abundance of leisure activities right on your doorstep, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and at the end of the day, when you are ready to come back to your lodge, you will find all the facilities you would expect of a modern rental property as well as a top-of-the-range hot tub. The large open plan lounge/diner has an entire wall of double glazed panes offering uninterrupted views out onto the lake with large bi-fold doors leading onto a large private deck directly overlooking the lake. Both inside and outside living areas comfortably accommodate 6 adults, with outdoor furniture for alfresco drinks and meals. There is a flat screen 50" ‘Smart’ TV with wireless internet connection for Netflix etc.

The Lodge is set in well-tended communal gardens, the Spring Lake site has a Brasserie bar and restaurant, a large enclosed timber play area for children, a 10pmh speed limit for vehicles and private security patrols. Out and about you will discover the Cotswold Water Parks is an amazing place, more that 150 lakes over an area of more than 40 miles, with a huge diversity of leisure activities available for all ages to enjoy. On the water you can hire boats, canoeing/kayaking, inflatable rides, sailing, swimming, wakeboarding, windsurfing and waterskiing. On land there is angling, archery, fabulous birdwatching opportunities, cycling routes, walking routes, horse riding, paintballing, rally driving, golf, picnic sites and nature reserves.
