Quiet, safe neighbourhood. The street is in a neighbourhood watch area. Calthorpe Park is located at the end of the street. There are local shops, restaurants, take-aways and a post office all within walking distance. Free driveway parking for 1 car at the property. The property is located outside of the clean air zone and benefits from being only a 15 minute walk into the City Centre/New Street station/Grand Central/Bull Ring and a 10 minute walk to Edgbaston Cricket Stadium.
