We are proud to have an environmentally friendly home, running off the grid which has been recently renovated with our guests in mind. Our Coach house boasts the luxury of under floor heating as well as a cosy log burner to relax by with a glass of bubbly! You will also have sole use of the under cover hot tub which can be ready for your arrival!

Nearby, Sandringham is the perfect place for a picnic or exploring the woodland or only 2 miles away you can find the lovely beach and RSPB nature reserve in Snettisham. Further afield are the seaside towns of Hunstanton, fondly known by locals and holiday makers as 'Sunny Hunny', just 7 miles away or Wells-next-to-the-sea, 19 miles away. More hidden gems can be found along our popular stretch of the coast line including brancaster, old Hunstanton, and Holme. If shopping is what you have in mind, King's Lynn is an approximate 20minute drive. There is a bus service which runs through Dersingham which can take you to Hunstanton, Sandringham, Kings Lynn or lots of places between. From Hunstanton you can jump on the coast hopper bus which will take you further around the coast. The nearest train station is in King's Lynn which is on the King's Lynn to King's Cross line.
