The apartment was recently converted as part of a small factory and office redevelopment. It is a mid terrace 1-bedroom property which has been very stylishly converted and is fitted with everything you need for a self-catering break. The large lounge/kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. A washer/dryer is located in the utility room which also has an additional toilet and sink and a ironing facilities. The lounge has a dining table and chair and Sky TV with Sky Sports and Sky Cinema and mood lighting to help you relax! The bedroom has a king sized bed with a well appointed en-suite bathroom with an over-bath shower. The small patio has a bench and table for a little outdoor time.

Buxton is the biggest town in the Peak District and for a tow of its modest size boasts fantastic amenities: a thriving art deco opera house with a full yearly program of classical and contemporary music and shows, a beautiful park with a boating lake, a stylish pavilion with a cinema, exhibition hall and restaurant, a spa with the famous Buxton water, plenty of wining and dining and fabulous architecture. On the doorstep of Buxton there are hills, dales, lakes and rivers for all types of outdoor activities, Manchester, Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham are close by and the Peak District its fair share of stately homes and parks such as Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Lime Park
