Property information

NOTE: There is a security deposit due 7 days prior to arrival on Monarch Lodge 13 payable direct to Solid Luxury. Booking dot com only allow an option to state cash on arrival for the security deposit however we are unable to accept cash on site. The Security deposit has to be paid via telephone prior to arrival. Monarch Lodge 13 is the perfect accommodation for family and friends with a large open plan ground floor complete with dining area, kitchen and living area which leads out to an enclosed decking with private hot tub. Upstairs you will find the master super king ensuite bedroom complete with feature bath! The second bedroom, also situated upstairs is an ensuite king size room and downstairs you will find your third bedroom, a twin room with a family shower room. Monarch Lodge 13 is only Dog Friendly, we do not accept other pets in this lodge. Booking dot com do not have an option to only select dog friendly so we are unable to specify in any filters. Monarch Lodge 13 accepts 2 dogs at an additional cost direct to Solid Luxury payable 1 month prior to arrival.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
