A newly renovated, stunning 5 bedroom home just a short walk from Durham City. This spacious and stylish 5 bedroom home in Gilesgate is perfect for large groups and families visiting the area for work or leisure. On entry is a hall way leading to a cosy 'snug' lounge with smart tv. Also off the hallway is a large, modern kitchen with integrated appliances and an extendable dining table seating up to 8 guests. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island which is a great space for entertaining. In the kitchen is also patio doors leading out to a paved area with an L shape garden sofa. Down a couple of steps is a small grassed area which will be ready for guests to use from Spring 2024. Off the kitchen is a utility with washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet and one double bedroom making the property suitable for those with mobility issues. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms, one with ensuite, and a family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a wardrobed dressing area and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has zip and link beds so this room can be made up as a super king or two singles on request. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth room has a single bed. In the family bedroom is a bath with shower overhead. Externally, there is a tarmacked driveway which can comfortably fit 3 cars as well as there being street parking available.

Moor Crescent is a quiet and popular area of Gilesgate. There is a shop with post office and hairdressers within 5 minutes walk. There are also 2 parks within easy walking distance. There are also lots of shops, pubs and takeaways within 10/15 minutes walk of the property and many supermarkets just around the corner in Durham City Retail Park. Just at the top of the street is bus stops with busses regularly running into Durham City Centre and surrounding villages. By foot, guests can get to the city centre within 20/25 minutes walk. There is a park which guests can reach on foot in under 10 minutes as well as lots of lovely walks close to the river within easy distance.
