Morfan is a substantial, three-storey stone-built house, full of character and charm. Perched above the picturesque village of Tresaith, it enjoys sweeping views across Cardigan Bay and is just a two-minute stroll from the beautiful sandy beach below. The house features a long, sloping lawned garden that overlooks the bay—an ideal spot for soaking up the views or enjoying outdoor dining. Just a minute’s walk downhill is the Ship Inn, a much-loved pub perched by the shore. Morfan is perfectly positioned for exploring the Ceredigion Coast Path and lies within easy reach of scenic walks south to Aberporth and north to the National Trust beach at Penbryn
