The Annexe is part of a lovely converted Hampshire Barn close to the Cathedral City of Winchester. It is a Self-Contained property with its own front door and no access to the main barn, giving you total privacy.
Great for a Stop off, Holiday, Staycation or as a workplace alternative. We offer a minimum one day stays to longer stays as required.
We offer FREE OF CHARGE for the first dog staying, then for any subsequent dog at 20 pounds per dog for the duration of your stay & this is paid to the owner directly before the check-in. There are some lovely walks right outside the gate.
The Garden has a Fence and a Beech Hedge with no fence to the entrance side as per the photos shown. That part of the garden is for our Guests use. The rest of the gardens are private.
It has two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other bedroom has two singles which can be made into a double. All with new luxurious beds to really relax during your stay.

The Barn Annexe (Post Code/Sat Nav is SO21 3AQ) is set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. we are surrounded by fields with easy access to the local area. We have many walks around the Annexe and you can even walk to the Dove Inn (2 miles away). We are very near the Bombay Sapphire Distillery at Laverstoke (15 mins). Winchester Cathedral (15 minus), Grange Opera (12 mins), Stonehenge (25 mins), Heathrow Airport (50 mins), Portsmouth historic docks (HMS Victory, Mary Rose, Warrior, Submarine Alliance (45 mins), Salisbury (45 mins), Southampton Docks P&O cruises (30 mins), Oxford (60 mins), Bath (90 mins). Carfest South, Laverstoke (15 mins). Marwell Zoo. Jane Austen's house, Alton. National Trust - Vyne, Basingstoke. Peppa Pig in Romsey to Beaulieu Motor Museum. Many people stay for the Goodwood Festival of Sport and Revival events.
Directions: Take the road with the Dead End sign near the Weston Colley information board, drive up the single tarmac road for 1 mile, you will go past a house on your left called Hilltop, then past the Farm buildings & a large Barn on your right. Then go down the hill which has post & wire fences either side of it. At the bottom of the hill in front of you is the Mulberry Barn B&B sign on the right hand side wire fence with an arrow pointing straight ahead & also a B+B with arrow pointing straight ahead.
DO NOT TAKE THE GRAVEL LANE ON THE LEFT MARKED AS 'MULBERRY COTTAGE', THIS IS NOT THE ENTRANCE AND IS A DEAD END TO OTHER COTTAGES.
Instead keeping the Beech hedge on your left continue driving up the road, after 120m then turn left into the Barn entrance by the dustbins. Then take an IMMEDIATE LEFT and park on the gravel drive by the sign saying 'Annexe Parking'. If you have more than one car please can you park 'end to end'.
