We have a small outbuilding that we have renovated in the garden of our property. Includes some outside space, king size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, small seating area and a bathroom and shower. Croissants are provided with butter and jam for the morning.

We recently moved to this area, last December and wanted to offer clients space to enjoy the area of North Norfolk as we do.

The accommodation is a 10 minute walk from the very popular Sandringham Estate. They are are 2 pubs within 6 minute walking distance that serve breakfast and food during the day. The coastline is spectacular with beaches that include; Snettisham, Heacham, Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton within a 15 minute drive. Other fantastic beaches are a little further along the cost; Brancaster, Holme, Holkham, driving further along to Wells by the Sea, and further along Cromer. Burnham Market is a lovely village to visit including the Hoste Arms to enjoy a lovely meal. Fakenham, a 25 minute drive is a small market town and at Snettisham and Titchwell you can enjoy the bird santuaries.
