A prestigious detached brick house set on the foreshore overlooking the water of Dale Bay towards Dale and The Gann; a mecca for water enthusiasts and birdwatchers alike, set in 60 acres of farmland. This is wonderful area designated as a Special Site of Scientific Interest* it brims with birdlife as well as unique flora and fauna. Musselwick House has been finished to a high standard and furnished in a contemporary style, yet retains many original features with wooden floors and feature fireplaces, while the high ceilings and large sash windows make it feel light and airy. The large double aspect lounge has a woodburning stove for chillier evenings and offers wonderful views over the water. The spacious kitchen has been beautifully fitted in a cottage style and is ideal for catering for family gatherings. The bedrooms above offer the most stunning views out over the bay. A paved patio and large, hedged lawned garden offers plenty of space for children to play while you enjoy a summer evening barbecue. A gate and steps lead down directly to the beach and water; boats can be launched at the slipway in Dale. Marvel at the birdlife and spend your day just messing around on the water. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and walk the coastline round to the sandy beach at Lindsway or further away lies the beautiful West Dale beach. A trip round the islands of Grassholm and Skomer from Martins Haven is a must on any holiday. There is a village pub in St Ishmaels or why not cross the water for lunch at The Griffin in Dale. The house is approached down a long and sloping tarmac drive. There is ample parking either inside or outside a metal double opening gate.
Inside the gate is a parking area of heavy shingle. Access to the front and back doors is across this gravel and down at least 2 steps.
