This is a good base if you're looking for somewhere near Warrington.
The house is a big old Victorian place with four of the five bedrooms set up with beds for guests. You'll have the whole house to yourselves. The simplicity of the property is reflected in the price. New boiler just installed.
The kitchen is great for basic cooking and there's a dining table in the kitchen that sits up to 8. On sunny days you might want to sit outside in the garden.
