Welcome to Abermar Guest House boasts 12 bedrooms, accommodating up to 25 guests. Of the 12 rooms, 11 are ensuite, while one room has a dedicated bathroom located next door, exclusively for its use. Room 1 - Triple (Ground Floor) Room 2 - King (Ground Floor) Room 3 - Single (1st Floor)(Separated bathroom) Room 4 - Double (1st Floor) Room 5 - Single (1st Floor) Room 6 - King (1st Floor) Room 7 - Triple (1st Floor) Room 8 - Triple (1st Floor) Room 10 - Double (1st Floor) Room 11 - Double (1st Floor) Room 12 - Single (Ground Floor) Room 13 - Triple (Ground Floor) Each room features hot drink facilities, a TV, and a desk for your convenience. All bathrooms include a WC, sink, and walk-in shower, except for one room, which offers a bath with an overhead shower. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The guest house also features a shared spacious kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area, perfect for gatherings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and appliances. Outside, there is a large parking area that can accommodate up to 8 cars, providing free, safe parking for guests. Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property. Located in the heart of Inverness, this guest house is ideally situated to explore the stunning Scottish Highlands. Discover historical sites such as Inverness Castle, Culloden Battlefield, and the legendary Loch Ness, where you might catch a glimpse of the infamous Loch Ness Monster. Enjoy scenic strolls along the picturesque banks of the River Ness and take in the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding landscape.
