This is a beautifully appointed private apartment within the complex formerly the Salcombe Hotel - and is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft of estuary frontage. Enjoy the glorious views as well as your luxurious surroundings, from Apartment N° 28 within the complex of 'The Salcombe'. On the second floor, you’ll find a modern, spacious family apartment, with open plan studio living, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Recently modernised it has a fresh contemporary feel, with two comfortable bedrooms. Situated on the very end of the building the views out to sea and looking up the harbour and estuary are blissful. You have a large, corner balcony at your disposal - with outdoor furniture, perfect for taking your morning coffee - and are afforded some shade ‘on deck’, for those splendidly hot days when sometimes you need a little relief from the sun (while enjoying a light cocktail or a cold beer). The Salcombe passenger ferry jetty is visible from the balcony, and if you love people (or boat) watching, then you’ll be in your element. Conveniently located on Fore Street in the heart of the town, the apartment offers the perfect base for a Salcombe getaway. As well as a private parking space, the apartment also benefits from exceptional communal facilities offered exclusively to residents, including a large garden and a heated swimming pool offered exclusively to residents (open between May and September). Access to a mooring on the private pontoon is included with your stay - see The Salcombe regulations. You can also find a restaurant/wine bar within the building. This apartment is very accessible for people with limited mobility, as it is all on one level with step free access from the car park.

Salcombe is a charming little town on the bank of what is often described as the prettiest harbour in England. Picture-perfect pastel-coloured houses make up a Positano-like scene overlooking water, sandy beaches and rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. Salcombe has a uniquely wonderful array of shops ranging from an acclaimed butcher and baker to art galleries selling serious contemporary works and chic boutiques. Stepping out from N° 28 you are right in the heart of Salcombe, only a few minutes walk from all of the lovely shops restaurants and four great pubs. The Harbour Hotel is three minutes by foot and has a gorgeous bar and restaurant as well as an award-winning spa with a pool. Catch the gorgeous little ferry to be on the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth in minutes or stroll almost an exact mile along the coastal path to North Sands and the famous Winking Prawn. The Ferry Inn pub with outside terrace is located next door. The atmosphere is to be enjoyed, however please note that in peak season there is the sound of customers from the pub’s terrace.
