Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation is owned by and manages apartments on behalf of the owners of flats in Nell Gwynn House. We were established in 2012 and have an office on the ground floor available Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm plus evenings and weekends in an emergency. We only manage premium apartments in the building so you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be staying in an upmarket apartment in keeping with this upmarket neighbourhood. We aim to deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service and we take pride in our work in ensuring that guests will be delighted with their apartment and have a comfortable stay. For this reason, we provide minimum 150MB free unlimited wifi in all of our flats - the fastest WiFi in the building - and all have SMART TVs so you can log in to your Netflix or Amazon prime accounts. Luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels ensure a good night's sleep and in addition, all of our apartments are nonsmoking. A complimentary welcome pack is provided for you in your apartment to help you settle in.

As advised by the Building Management of Nell Gwynn House, from November 2021 to September 2022, there will be refurbishment works taking place at the front and back of the building. The work will take place between Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. There may be an element of noise. These premium apartments are surrounded by designer boutiques, restaurants and world class museums in Kensington, Chelsea and Knightsbridge. We are 10 minutes away from the West End and the City of London and 3 stops from Buckingham Palace allowing you to explore London quickly and easily. All our premium serviced apartments are furnished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms to ensure that your stay in London is comfortable and homely. A complimentary welcome pack is provided to help you settle in. Our apartments are non-smoking throughout. Free unlimited and superfast 150mb Wi-Fi is included in the rental price along with the complimentary welcome pack, weekly 2 hour clean, luxury linen and towel change. A daily maid service can be arranged upon request for a small fee. The building has a 24 hour Porter service and also CCTV for additional security

Neighbourhood information

Our guests stay with us not only because of our beautiful flats and excellent customer service, but also because of our fantastic location with many things to see and do in the immediate vicinity and the rest of London easy to access by the tube - only a short 8 minute walk away. The location cannot be beaten - 8 minutes walk to the tubes at South Kensington and Sloane Square and a 10 minute walk to world class museums. The west end (Oxford street, Bond Street and Covent Garden etc) can be reached in 10 minutes and the business district of Canary Wharf a 15 minute journey time. The Houses of parliament, Big Ben, The London Eye and the South Bank are 3 stops away (8 minutes by tube) Surrounded by designer boutiques such as Prada, Chanel, Gucci to name but a few, Harrods is a short 12 minute walk away in Knightsbridge. Gastropubs, Michelin starred restaurants and local eateries mean that you are spoilt for choice with eating out. However, if you prefer there are plenty of supermarkets and food stores nearby for you to prepare and eat tasty home cooked meals at a time to suit you in your apartment. The neighbourhood is safe and friendly and home to Princes and Princesses!
