Located in the heart of Southbourne this new 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is located within a five minute walk of an award winning blue flag beach. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need to enjoy your break including double bed, triple bunk bed, smart tv's in both the lounge and main bedroom and integrated kitchen appliances. The property is located close to the bustling high street with a selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. There is parking on site on a first come first served basis. There is plenty of free street parking on a wide safe road if needed.

Neighbourhood information

Southbourne is a lovely seaside area in Bournemouth. Southbourne high street is a short walk away and has some great independent shops, cafes and restaurants as well as some well known chains. The sandy blue flag beach is also a short walk away and is much quieter than the beach located in Bournemouth town centre.
