My property is a modern and new build 2 bedroom house in a quiet estate of Chudleigh. It has its own private driveway with CCTV for extra security.

I work full time and I leave in the morning at 7:40am and return around 5:30pm, this is why the check in time is 6pm. I have two residential dogs who stay in the lounge and garden so you will not see them, they do come upstairs with me when I go to bed

Chudleigh is a small and quiet town, a 2 minute drive will get you to the A38 and A30, it is central to the big cities nearby - Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth. A short drive about 15 minutes will take you to Devon’s beauty - Dartmoor. Theres so much Dartmoor has to offer, beautiful scenery, long walks, quant pubs, restaurants and villages. Chudleigh has everything that you need on your doorstep - pubs, shops, takeaways, restaurant, laundrette and much more. Chudleigh has a lot of beautiful walks to offer and features Chudleigh Rock which is a lovely walk to get too!
