The Old Office No. 4 is a stunningly newly renovated house right next to the beautiful Hippodrome in Darlington Town Centre. Presenting modern and fully equipped accommodation for couples, friends, relocators, and contractors, you are just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and cinema this vibrant town has to offer. Ideally placed close to the A1, as well as being convenient for Teesside and the many attractions this beautiful part of the world offers. There is on street parking available directly in front of the property on both sides of the street. The parking is free after 3pm. If there are no spaces, there is a secure car park located around the corner on 121 Parkgate, Darlington DL1 1RZ. Bedrooms - Room 1 - 2 Singles or King Bathroom - Fully equipped with shower. Living Areas - There is a lounge/dining room/kitchen all in one. It contains a comfy sofa, dining table with 2 chairs, an internet-based TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Small outdoor yard. Free parking outside after 5pm.
