Property information

The house is ideal for everyone, whether you are friends or family gathering pr professionals looking for somewhere to stay! The house has just been redecorated and had a new bathroom suite! The garden has also had a beautiful make over with paving making it the perfect spot to socialise or have morning coffee! On entering the property, you walk into the hallway with a downstairs WC. The lounge dining room is double aspect and open , but can be closed with the french doors also. The dining room has access to the garden. Next to the dining room is a great kitchen with all your necessities! The three bedrooms all have double beds and are all individually styled to suit your needs! All carpeted and neutrally decorated. The house situated on Dyke road., has Dyke Road Park which has gardens to walk around, tennis courts & a cafe with homemade cakes! It is also host to open air theatre productions during the summer months for adults and children! Hove Recreation ground & Hove Park are within easy walking distance as well as Preston Park and the Rockery. The tesco express is open 24/7 for all your shopping needs, aswell as a co op further along or a drive to Waitrose. 7 dials is about a 10 minute walk or so and also has the Flour Pot , a turkish Hellenic bakery and lovely restaurants and cafes. If you dont want to venture far you really dont have to as you have everything on your door step or you can go into town also within 5-10 minutes ! What are you waiting for ?
