We are a small family run business (3 sisters) hosting properties on behalf of owners who do not live locally or are too busy to manage it themselves. Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, centrally located a stones throw away from all Penzance has to offer, walking distance to public transport links and the Promenade, the apartment is a perfect base for exploring West Cornwall or spending a few nights before heading the the Isles of Scilly, the sea port is a 5 minute walk away. ~There is not dedicated parking with the apartment, on street parking is available in surrounding streets on a first come basis, St Erbyns Long Stay carpark is a 5 minute walk away and Clarence street carpark less than 2 minutes offers free parking from 4pm to 9am~

The property is situated in the historical Causewayhead formely a pig market, there are plenty of shops, cafes and character in Causewayhead and the longest continually running cinema in the UK having opened its doors in 1912. The building is situated at the bottom end of Causewayhead right next to the main street in Penzance "Market Jew Street" also a few moments walk from the famous "Chapel Street" known for its independant shops, cafes and galleries. Penzance, nestled in the heart of Mounts Bay, is the capital of Penwith and West Cornwall. With plenty of history and long standing traditions combined with up to date facilities, shops and transport links, Penzance offers residents a unique place to live and laid back way of life. Penzance (or Pen Sans in Cornish) means holy headland, referring to the headland to the west of the harbour where a chapel was built over a thousand years ago.
