This is a beautiful, newly refurbished 4 bedroom house located in a quiet residential area, just 10 mins walk to the city centre and the University. Large bedrooms The house has a spacious open-plan living room with patio doors leading to the large garden. The kitchen has all modern appliances including, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave with a large fridge/freezer. Brand new bathroom with power shower. Free parking available. High speed wireless broadband, smart TV with Netflix.
