    「Managed to check in 2hrs early, which was very nice after 7hr drive. Finding the place wasn't difficult. Private parking spot is fine, but in bad weather (as we had) having to walk 100ft can make everyone and the shopping a bit moist. Good views...」

This flat is situated on the first floor with a private garden, distant sea views to fore and mountain views to rear. A short, 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, train station and family friendly leisure facilities such as swimming, putting and tennis. Set in Snowdonia, there are opportunitues to walk and cycle in this beautiful part of Wales.

The beach is close by with local walks located in the vicinity of the flat. The Talyllyn Railway runs from Tywyn taking you through the beautiful valley to Abergynolwyn. There are shops, cafes and bars nearby. Parking for the flat is situated to the side of the property . There is an enclosed private garden for sole use of the flat's occupants. Tywyn train station with services up and down the Cambrian Coast, onto central England and beyond. Bus links available.
