Our properties are protected by Guest Verification Service, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly to verify yourself through our channel manager Uplisting which uses Stripe Payment Systems. The lead guest that booked the accommodation will be required to submit a form of identification document and pay a Three hundred Pounds Security Deposit online through payment card. This payment will be refunded within 24 hours if no damage is caused at the property. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. We cannot send any check-in details untill you sign our rental agreement, have your id verified and full security deposit paid. We do not collect cash at the property. Payment for the property including security deposit must be made online and prior to your arrival.
